The company, in association with its subsidiaries and appointed agents, offers complete door-to-door service which includes packaging and moving cargoes, customs clearance and brokerage, air freight, sea cargo, delivery at destination and computerized tracking of cargo.

The company started in Thailand in Mar 1994 as Nick Of Bangkok Corp Ltd, providing retail customs clearance and brokerage, courier express delivery services and also as a trading firm. With the growing demand for express delivery services in the region due to trade globalization, the company decided to focus solely on the express delivery business.

To provide better customer service, Sheh Yong International Corp Ltd. was established in late 1995 to primarily assist in marketing arrangements for the company's customers. In Jun 1998 a wholly owned subsidiary by the name of Thansinee Shipping Co Ltd was established to provide efficient customs clearing services for the parent company and also act as clearing agents for other freight forwarding companies. Over the years the company has set up offices in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China, and has business collaboration with express delivery companies in Singapore, Japan, and Korea.
